Sergio Marchionne received $308,000 (€472,000) in salary and stock last year as CEO of Chrysler Group LLC, according to a regulatory filing in the U.S.
The award does not include his compensation as CEO of Fiat SpA, which will be announced later this month. Last year that role earned him about €13 million.
Chrysler paid Marchionne $1.23 million for his work in 2012. The total included performance incentives accrued over the previous three years.
