Magna International Inc. is adding a fifth factory in Tennessee, this one to supply seat assemblies to General Motors Co.'s factory in Spring Hill.

Magna expects to open the 122,500-sq-ft facility in January. The plant will employ 75.

Last week GM said the Spring Hill complex will produce the next-generation Cadillac SRX midsize crossover late next year. The factory also will make an unspecified second midsize vehicle.
