Williams Appointed CEO of Henniges Automotive

Henniges Automotive Holdings Inc., an Auburn Hills, Mich.-based supplier of sealing and anti-vibration systems, has promoted Larry Williams to CEO.

Henniges Automotive Holdings Inc., an Auburn Hills, Mich.-based supplier of sealing and anti-vibration systems, has promoted Larry Williams to CEO.

Williams joined Henniges in 2003 as vice president of finance and was later named chief financial officer. He has served as president since 2016 and will continue in hold that job and sit on the company’s board of directors.

As CEO, Williams is tasked with standardizing Henniges’ global operations and expanding business in Mexico, South America, Europe and China. The company currently has 19 manufacturing locations across eight countries. Sales totaled more than $1 billion last year.

The company has been operating without a CEO since Doug DelGrosso’s departure three years ago to head Chassix Inc. DelGrosso has since moved to Adient plc as CEO.
