Kia Motors Corp. says its new small crossover vehicle, to be called Stonic, will be the brand’s most customizable model ever when it goes on sale later this year.
The B-segment vehicle features “European design flair” personified by highly sculpted exterior panels and a flowing roofline, according to the company. The company says the look of the Stonic was inspired by the styling of its larger Sportage and Sorento SUV/crossovers.
Inside, the car’s “floating” center stack juts out from the lower instrument panel. Kia promises exceptional roominess and ergonomics. Kia provided no details about powertrain options, pricing or the promised customizable interior and exterior features.
