Japan's three largest automakers increased April vehicle production in China after about six months of weak output caused by anti-Japan sentiment that chilled demand there.
Output in China last month rose 7% year over year to 106,800 vehicles at Nissan, 9% to 72,900 units at Toyota and 6% to 64,900 units at Honda.
