Isuzu to Sell Its Stake in Polish Engine Plant to GM
General Motors Co. has agreed to buy the 40% of an engine factory in Tychy, Poland, that it doesn't already own from joint venture partner Isuzu Motors Co.
General Motors Co. has agreed to buy the 40% of an engine factory in Tychy, Poland, that it doesn't already own from joint venture partner Isuzu Motors Co. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
GM has owned 60% of the plant since 2002. The facility, which makes 1.7-liter diesel engines, will operate after the sale as GM Powertrain Poland.
