Nissan Motor Co. has appointed Francois Bancon, its current head of advanced product planning, to oversee product strategy for its Infiniti luxury brand.
Nissan Motor Co. has appointed Francois Bancon, its current head of advanced product planning, to oversee product strategy for its Infiniti luxury brand.
Bancon, who will be assigned to Infiniti headquarters in Hong Kong, begins his new job on April 1. He spent 21 years at Renault SA before joining Nissan in 1999.
At Infiniti, Bancon will direct the brand's plan to double its powertrain offerings and expand its model lineup 60% in five years.
