Inergy Automotive Systems has appointed John Dunn president and CEO of its Troy, Mich.-based Americas unit.

Inergy Automotive Systems has appointed John Dunn president and CEO of its Troy, Mich.-based Americas unit.

Dunn, 47, is past president of Brose North America. He succeeds Mark Sullivan, who will become chief operating officer of the parent company in Levallois-Perret, France, a newly created position. Dunn will report to Sullivan. The assignments are effective April 21.

Inergy, a major supplier of plastic fuel systems, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Plastic Omnium.
