India Second Only to China in Vehicle Sales Growth Rate

France and Germany ranked third and fourth with overall growth rates of 6% to 2.5 million vehicles and 5% to 3.7 million units, respectively.
The U.S.—the world’s second-largest national market—increased only 0.1% last year to 17.9 million vehicles, OICA says.
