IAC Opens India Tech Center

International Automotive Components Group has opened an engineering center in Pune, India.

The 25,500-sq-ft facility can house as many as 150 engineers, who will focus on application development programs. The new site frees up about 7,000 sq-ft of space at IAC's Chaklan II facility, which will be repurposed to expand the supplier’s production capacity in India.

IAC now has six facilities in India. The new facility is the company’s 28th global technical and design center.
