Hyundai to Enter European Commercial Van Market

Hyundai Motor Co. intends to introduce its first light commercial van to the European market next year, according to Reuters, which cites an unidentified source.

Hyundai will produce the truck through a partnership with Turkey's Karsan Otomotiv. Reuters says the South Korean carmaker plans to publicly unveil the new model at the Hanover truck show in September.

The news service notes that Karsan already assembles Hyundai light trucks for the Turkish market.
