Honda Motor Co. is recalling 24,900 of its 2014 model Odyssey minivans in the U.S. because the passenger's side airbags may not deploy when they should.
The company attributes the problem to a damaged electrical component intended to prevent the airbags from inflating during the assembly process. The flaw causes the airbag system warning light to illuminate.
Honda, which will begin the recall in mid-May, reports no crashes or injuries related to the defect.
