The increase follows an 11% gain in October. GM’s sales via its joint ventures in China through the first 11 months of 2017 advanced 3% to 3.55 million units.
GM’s Buick, Cadillac and Chevrolet brands all set sales records last month. The company’s Baojun domestic brand saw deliveries surge 53% to an any-month high of 113,700 units.
The carmaker says overall demand in November for its SUV/crossover models zoomed 73%.
