Operations will initially be based in a temporary office and move to a permanent location early next year, the company says.
The Arizona center is the fourth such facility GM has announced under its plan to boost the proportion of its IT work done internally to 90% from 10%. The company previously said it will set up centers in Austin, Tex.; Roswell, Ga.; and Warren, Mich.
