Ford Veteran Joe Greenwell to Retire
Joe Greenwell, chairman of Ford of Britain, will retire on April 30 after more than 40 years at Ford Motor Co.
Joe Greenwell, chairman of Ford of Britain, will retire on April 30 after more than 40 years at Ford Motor Co.
Mark Ovenden, managing director of the U.K. unit, will add the title of chairman. Before taking his current post 18 months ago, he was president of Ford's Russia unit.
Greenwell was named chair of the British unit in early 2009. His earlier career included stints as CEO of Jaguar Cars, head of government affairs for Ford of Europe and U.S.-based vice president of marketing and operations.
