Ford Motor Co. will promote three executives in legal, information technology and sustainability to group vice presidents on Jan. 1.

Ford Motor Co. will promote three executives in legal, information technology and sustainability to group vice presidents on Jan. 1. The promotions will support Ford’s expansion into new mobility businesses, according to the company.

Bradley Gayton, vice president and general counsel for the past year, will oversee global tax, litigation, corporate and intellectual property matters.

Marcy Klevorn, Ford’s chief information officer and head of the company’s information technology activities since January 2015, has global responsibility for the company’s data centers, business applications, IT architecture and infrastructure services.

Kim Pittel, vice president for sustainability, environment and safety engineering for two years, leads the company’s global environment, safety and sustainability programs.
