Ford Looking for High-Tech Employees
Ford Motor Co. says it will add 2,200 salaried employees in the U.S. this year, most of them for jobs in information technology, manufacturing and product development.
Ford Motor Co. says it will add 2,200 salaried employees in the U.S. this year, most of them for jobs in information technology, manufacturing and product development.
The hiring spree, which will be Ford's biggest in more than a decade, will bring the company's white-collar payroll in the U.S. to 30,200 people.
Ford says many of the new jobs are related to the the company's expanding lineup of fuel-efficient models.
