Ford Motor Co. says it will suspend production of B-Max MPVs at its plant in Craiova, Romania, for the third time in as many months, Reuters reports.

This time Ford will idle the factory's assembly line for 13 days in November. The company also will suspend engine production there for the first time, halting output for eight days next month.

Ford began making the B-Max in Craiova last year. It idled the plant for seven days in September and 13 days earlier this month to adjust inventories to slumping demand for the model in Europe.

Ford told Reuters previously that the company also might suspend output in December if sales remain slow.
