Audi AG is recalling 330,000 cars and crossover vehicles in Germany to fix an electrical connector problem that could cause a fire, Reuters reports.
The campaign targets A4 and A5 cars and Q5 crossover vehicles produced between April 2011 and May 2015, according to the news service. It says the problem involves possible overheating of electrical connections to an auxiliary heater.
Audi says some owners have reported a burning smell. But the company tells Reuters there have been no reported fires related to the problem.
