Fiat-Chrysler Opens Mopar Parts Center in South Africa

Chrysler Group LLC's Mopar parts division has opened a parts distribution center in Pretoria, South Africa.

The 204,500-sq-ft facility will distribute 50,000 part numbers for Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat and Jeep vehicles to 80 outlets in Botswana, Namibia and South Africa.

Since emerging from bankruptcy four years ago, Chrysler and owner Fiat SpA have opened Mopar warehouses in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, the Middle East and the United Arab Emirates.
