Fiat-Chrysler Files to List Shares on New York Exchange

Fiat Investments NV has filed to list the shares of Fiat-Chrysler on the New York Stock Exchange.

Fiat shareholders will meet in Turin on Aug. 1 to approve the Fiat-Chrysler merger. Assuming they agree, the combined carmakers will immediately be renamed Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV.

The company also will have a secondary listing on the Milan stock exchange (Mercato Telematico Azionario).
