FEV Names Hupperich as CEO

The U.S. unit of powertrain and vehicle engineering company FEV GmbH has chosen Patrick Hupperich as its new president and CEO.

Hupperich previously led the unit's commercial engines, advanced application and test systems operations. He succeeds Gary Rogers, who is retiring after holding both jobs since the subsidiary was created in 1985.

Hupperich holds masters and doctorate degrees in mechanical engineering from Germany's Aachen Technical University. He joined FEV 25 years ago.
