FCA Names New Operating Chiefs for China, Asia Pacific

Mike Manley, who has led the company’s Asia-Pacific operations, has turned over that job to Paul Alcala, a 29-year veteran of FCA. Alcala most recently headed FCA’s manufacturing and sales development for its venture with Guangzhou Automotive Group (GAC).
Daphne Zheng has been named chief operating officer for China. Zheng previously was managing director of joint-venture sales for GAC.
Manley will continue as a member of FCA’s Group Executive Council and global head of the company’s Jeep SUV and Ram truck brands. Alcala and Zheng will join him on the executive council, which is FCA’s highest management team.
