Edward Mas Tapped to Lead Voxx Automotive

Voxx International Corp. has appointed Edward Mas to head the company’s Voxx Automotive unit in Orlando, Fla.

Mas joined Voxx four years ago as executive vice president. He previously spent 16 years at Panasonic Automotive Systems, where he led the company’s manufacturing efforts, and 11 years at Invision Automotive.

Voxx Automotive provides rear-seat infotainment systems, long-range remote start and security technologies to several major carmakers. The supplier also makes aftermarket audio systems, smartphone telematics, power accessories, collision avoidance systems and power lift gates.

In his new role, Mas is tasked with implementing operational and sales synergies throughout Voxx Automotive. He also will identify opportunities for emerging products in electric and autonomous vehicles.
