Denso Names New CEO, President for North America

Denso Corp. has named Sadahiro Usui as chairman and CEO of its Denso International America Inc. unit.

Usui succeeds Hikaru Sugi, who is retiring from the post after three years. Sugi has been named advisor and senior technical executive to the parent company in Japan.

Denso also has given Kazumasa Kimura, its chief operating officer for the Americas, the additional title of president for the region. He will oversee the company's automotive business in the Americas.
