Delphi Warns of “Improper” Payments in China

Delphi Automotive plc has identified payments made by some of its manufacturing employees in China that may violate the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

The company disclosed its continuing investigation into the possible bribes in a quarterly filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Delphi says it is cooperating with the SEC and Dept. of Justice.
