Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV CEO Sergio Marchionne earned $308,000 in pay and stock for his work as CEO of Chrysler Group last year, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The award doesn't include his compensation as CEO of Fiat, which will be announced later this month. Last year that portion totaled about $18 million.

Marchionne's Chrysler compensation for 2012 was $1.23 million, boosted by performance incentives accrued over the previous three years.
