Chrysler Names New General Counsel

Chrysler Group LLC has appointed Marjorie Loeb as senior vice president and general counsel, effective immediately. She had been assistant general counsel.

Loeb replaces Holly Leese, who is retiring after 33 years in Chrysler's legal department.

Loeb joined Chrysler in 2010 from Delphi Automotive Systems LLC, where she was assistant general counsel. She was previously a principle in Bloomfield Township, Mich.-based law firm Miro Weiner & Kramer pc.
