Bosch Shuffles Duties as Auto Unit Chief Retires
Bernd Bohr, chairman of Robert Bosch GmbH's automotive parts group, will retire on June 30 for personal reasons, according to the company.
Bernd Bohr, chairman of Robert Bosch GmbH's automotive parts group, will retire on June 30 for personal reasons, according to the company.
Bosch says Bohr, 56, will continue to perform advisory and unspecified supervisory-board duties. His current duties will be assigned to two Bosch executives, effective July 1.
Rolf Bulander will join the management board to oversee diesel and gasoline systems, starter motors, generators, quality control and Bosch Engineering.
Wolf-Henning Schneider will become responsible for automotive sales and marketing, electric drives and steering systems and coordination of automotive technologies operations.
