BMW AG’s Rolls-Royce unit has appointed Matthew Boguradzki as vice president of sales for the Americas region.
Boguradzki succeeds Martin Fritsches, who was promoted last September to head the Americas market. That move was prompted when former Rolls-Royce North America President Pedro Mota returned to Porsche AG to head the carmaker’s North America marketing unit.
Boguradzki previously spent six years at BMW’s operations in Australia, most recently as head of national sales operations. He also worked in leadership roles at BMW and Mini dealerships in Australia.
In his new position, Boguradzki will be responsible for Rolls-Royce’s sales planning and operations within the Americas. The ultra-luxury marque operates 44 dealerships—37 in the U.S., four in Canada and one each in Brazil, Chile and Mexico—in the region.
Rolls-Royce sold a record 4,100 vehicles worldwide in 2018.
