Longtime global auto industry executive Bo Andersson has been hired as president of the European unit of wiring harness supplier Yazaki Corp.
His new assignment began on July 14. He succeeds Horst Randolph.
Andersson, who began his career at Saab, is the former General Motors purchasing executive who stepped down last year as CEO of Russian carmaker OAO AvtoVAZ.
