BMW AG has added a technology research office in Shanghai to develop vehicles tailored to the needs of Chinese consumers.
The new center joins BMW's other Shanghai facilities: a design studio and ConnectedDrive Lab. The company says the new tech office will work with existing BMW vehicle development centers in Beijing and Shenyang, China.
