BMW Names New Chief for China Operations

BMW AG has named Jochen Goller as president and CEO of its China region. He will move into his new post on March 1.

Goller, 51, headed marketing in China a decade ago and led the company’s Mini brand worldwide between 2009 and 2015. He currently is senior vice president of the BMW Brilliance joint venture in China.

In his new post, Goller will succeed Olaf Kastner, 62, who has run BMW’s joint venture and then overall regional operations over the past eight years. Kastner will remain as a strategic advisor.​​​
