Organizers of the Detroit auto show have come up with a free smartphone app that gives visitors a portal to auto shows around the world.

The "Auto Show Passport" sponsored by Michelin North America and Delphi Automotive features photo galleries, show information and local color from 17 major auto shows and events, including the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and SEMA.
