Wholesale deliveries of passenger and commercial vehicles in Argentina jumped to 85,500 units last month from 65,800 units in April 2012, according to carmaker group ADEFA.

In the January-April period, shipments to dealers rose 11% to 288,500 vehicles, the group says.

Argentina's auto output in April jumped 38% year over year to 75,500 vehicles. Exports jumped 34% to 40,900 units.
