Alfa Romeo Giulia to Start at $39,000

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV’s Alfa Romeo unit says the 2017 Giulia sedan will start at $39,000 in the U.S.
The mid-level Ti (Turismo Internazionale) and top-end Quadrifoglio will sticker for $41,000 and $73,600, respectively. The base model and TI are due to hit U.S. showrooms next month, while the Quadrifoglio arrives later this month.
All-wheel drive adds $2,000 to the Giulia and Ti. Both models are powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter direct-injection 4-cylinder engine that generates 280 hp and 306 lb-ft of torque.
A $1,250 sport package is available in the base model. The Ti Sport and Ti Lusso packages cost $2,250 each, adding a variety of exterior and interior enhancements.
The Quadrifoglio features a twin-turbo 2.9-liter V-6 that produces 505 hp and 443 lb-ft of torque. Other goodies include an adaptive suspension and torque-vectoring differential.
