Digital Marketing Coordinator

Gardner Business Media, a global media and marketing agency, seeks a dynamic and creative full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead the development, maintenance and distribution of digital marketing campaigns. This successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting cross-functional digital marketing objectives – including organic and paid social media programs; digital display marketing; campaign analysis and reporting; lead generation programs; marketing automation campaigns and e-mail marketing programs – predominantly for customer digital campaign projects.

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Note: Currently, this is a remote / work-from-home position. Eventually, this role will reside at Gardner Business Media’s Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. 

Responsibilities:

Management of customer digital campaign projects including:

  • Start-to-finish ownership of digital campaign projects
  • Coordinating the collection or development of ad and content creative
  • Effectively managing sales and customer relationships
  • Developing campaign plans including key flight and evaluation dates
  • Serving as primary point of contact for sales representatives and customers
  • Managing and reporting campaign performance; composing campaign ROI narrative
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to ensure goals and objectives are being met
  • Collaborating with other Gardner Business Media departments to address campaign needs

Marketing disciplines used include: E-mail, Social media, Programmatic, Marketing Automation, Content Marketing, Digital Display, Landing page and Form development

Skills + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing or related role; experience managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns a plus
  • Skillful project manager; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms for email marketing, marketing automation, social media management, customer relationship management; experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and WYSWIG Editors
  • Analytics-minded with a history of monitoring and reporting campaign performance
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in graphic design and image editing
  • Excellent composition and grammar skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
