Digital Marketing Coordinator

Summary: The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance and distribution of digital media and digital media marketing content. Primary role includes oversight and management of Gardner Business Media webinars - direct tasks include webinar coordination and scheduling; integrated marketing program management; live webinar testing and production; post-webinar data and analytics. Candidate must have good written and oral communications skills, be well organized, and have some experience or formal education in marketing, journalism, communications, or broadcast media. HTML knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordination and implementation of webinars
  • Maintaining and communicating the webinar schedule to all parties involved
  • Coordination and production of webinar marketing
  • Assist Director of Marketing as needed with digital marketing promotion
  • Work with internal market research team to schedule and implement research initiatives

Required Education, Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of HTML and HTML editors (email service provider experience a plus)
  • Experience in graphic design and editing
  • Excellent composition and grammar skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics (paid search, social, programmatic, etc
  • Experienced problem solver with strong analytic skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
